The Spa at Vdara Las Vegas

The Spa at Vdara Las Vegas

Located on the second and third floors of the Vdara Hotel you’ll find a spa that was built with care towards the environment as with the rest of the LEED Gold Certified Vdara Hotel. It’s a boutique Spa so you don’t have the huge rooms with endless hot tubs and rooms of every temperature.

You do get luxurious men’s and women’s locker rooms, a sauna, eucalyptus steam room and hot plunges. It’s the right size to prevent you from stressing out about how to relax.

Some of the highlights of the Spa at Vdara:

The Meditation Room – Don’t tell anyone but after my treatment, I placed my body on the ultra comfortable bed and fell asleep for at least 45 minutes. It is rare to find a room where I can really turn it off and that space did it for me. I was behind schedule for the rest of the day but it was well worth it.

Some Treatments at The Spa at Vdara Las Vegas:

  • Hot Stone Massage: If you have never had warm smooth stones placed on your body you have not found the path to relaxation. The changing temperature of the therapist’s hands with the stones placed in spots that squeeze out your worries will transport you to a blissful place.
  • Jet Lag Relief Massage – Naturopathica: Anytime someone rubs your head, scalp, neck, and body with the right amount of pressure and vigor you’ll be pleased but add in some of the oils and lemongrass and ginger and you will no longer be able to define tension.
  • Un-Wrinkle: The Ultimate Anti-Aging Facial: You’ll get the mask, you’ll get the alpha hydroxyl acids and then you’ll feel younger. There might be a little pain involved but you know what they say, “no pain, no gain”

Zeke Quezada

"Zeke, you've flown it, eaten it, drove it & drank it! - Denise Henwood, Las Vegas lover, with her accurate description of what I do and what I've done in Las Vegas. If you consider a Las Vegas vacation as an opportunity to redefine yourself, if only for a few hours, then I'm sure this guide will help you. Las Vegas is about having fun and trying new things, I'm the bad influence you need. You're sitting at your desk thinking, "I need to talk to Zeke Quezada today!" Get in line behind my wife, who just so happens to forget that if she sent me an E-mail maybe I would respond. You're headed to Las Vegas and you are just not sure about a thing or two. No worries, drop me a note and I'll try to help you. If I don't get back immediately, don't take it personally, the inbox can get a little thick with questions and I can only type with one hand if I'm at a restaurant stuffing my face and abusing my liver. Send an email to "If you are in an elevator and some guy starts asking you questions about what you liked and disliked in Las Vegas, it's probably me."
