It’s not a secret if everybody knows about it, but the truth is people should know about the pizza at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas. Ask around and someone we’ll direct you to the small pizzeria on a floor above the Chandelier bar. Yes, I am coy, but part of the allure of this spot is that it is hard to find. If you want pizza, you’ll seek it out. When you see it, you’ll be happy it took a little work, and you’ll feel like your treasure hunt was well worth it. In fact, you’ll treat yourself to an extra slice.

What To Expect at Secret Pizza at Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas?

You’ll realize very quickly that this is not a date night restaurant, this is where you go after your date when you realize the person you are with also enjoys a good slice after a night out on the town. One counter. A bunch of pizzas by the slice and a no-nonsense approach to New York Style pizza. You can eat standing up near a pinball machine, or you can walk outside and try to find a seat on some of the nice furniture that the resort has laid out for guests.


How’s the Food?
Don’t be surprised by the quality of the pie. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas did a good job of finding the right person to make these pizzas. Expect quality dough and quality ingredients. The Secret Pizza idea was not some afterthought. The pizza is carefully cared for so if you like your dough to be slightly chewy with a bit of crispiness on the ends you should be pleased. Everything about this operation is quality even though it is just a tiny room off to the side of high-end restaurants.
